As a Sgt here I have a problem with what he did. NO mention of it in an AIR is the worst part of it. I try and protect my guys as much as I can because I have been there but what can you do when they fail to say what they did thinking no one will know about it? Lets face it, there are more cameras out there than ever before so we should always believe what we do will end up on the news or in the chief's office. He screwed up on this one.
