How do you know what the AIR has in it. Did you write it ? Are you on the approval list in the chain ? Did you go through the Sergeant's office and files and read it ? After all if you aren't writing the AIR, the subject of the AIR, or further up the chain for the AIR, what is in the AIR is none of your business while this is being looked at. To get on here and post things like this is counter productive. If however, you are in one of the people involved in the AIR, why would you be on here posting about it ?
