Because they don't have enough employees at Metrosafe to handle the load (sound familiar) and it's cheaper to pay her $41,000 in overtime than it is to hire another dispatcher. Same thing at corrections. Good if you want the overtime....bad if you get forced to work overtime and don't want it - like at corrections.
