I agree with u on the old system... Not that I ever got on their channel to talk, but I could listen to LFD, County Fire, EMS, shively, St. matthes....etc all while still monitering my primary channel.. no I can only listen to my primary channel and NOTHINGGGGGGGGGG ELSE
