2 men arrested after shots are fired at officers during chase near school

Actually is does not JUST mean turning the dial. ON some radios one must take the radio out of the holder unlock the screen, change the band with buttons on the front of the radio then turn the dial. Sounds pretty easy from the well protected and safe environment of a metrosafe room, not so easy while chasing criminals on foot or in a car, or maybe being shot at or perhaps fighting for ones life. But I guess it is all ones perspective though isn't it. Seems one could easily talk to many more agencies with the old system.
