2 men arrested after shots are fired at officers during chase near school

That had to be sarcasm . But I do have to ask why did the Police have their tazers out. Wasn't this dirt bag shooting at them ? Maybe they fired all 45 rounds and had nothing else to use. ( sarcasm )
