You can blame Chief White and former Lt Colonel Emington for us not having a 2nd bird. The chief, at mayor happy pants direction, wanted to cut the money and Emington did his dirty work. The fat head mayor at the time wanted to get rid of both birds and used the excuse that we could always use the national guards helicopters and the council believed them.
