Did you expect a different verdict. I didn't. There were to many instances in this matter for her to win. This should be a wakeup call for this dept about putting untrained people in positions. I guess they will now sent out a new SOP rule that states if you **** up, your on your own and we'll fire you. Typical LMPD. I even think if she appeals it to circuit court she will still lose.

even more good news is jackie has lost her appeal with the merit board. EVERYONE voted not to give her her job back.

Major Burbrink has told the 6th divison to be the test division before a Jan1,2012 dept policy directing patrol officers to investigate misdemeanor reports beat officers take such as TBUT's ,CM3,etc.. Theres nothing like having late watch officers follow up with a victim at midnight!
