OK, while I am not a supporter ot RW, you have to admit that the earlier a child gets education the less likely he or she is to commit a crime later in life. I also will agree that it means that the child will have to have family support to do this, but atleast education is a start, and to be blunt some of these kids only "good" influences comes from the teachers, since their momma and baby dadddy's are so high/drunk/other wise brain dead they barely know the kid exist. This is one of the few times
