its the same as after school programs , camps in the summer, pre-k, its free babysitters for the fat lazy food stamp cashing ssi check geetin project living waste of human life. its sad but all the kids are gonna grow up to be just like mom and dad as is the case in every family. none of this stuff works , use the money to build more prisons. also, if these programs are only offered in and around the projects isn't it profiling? i guess its o.k. to racially profile sometimes.

Are you kidding me? Isn't Mcconnell a Republican? He doesn't care about little kids or crime or LMPD or Chief White. He cares about making sure fat cats don't pay taxes.
