Harper in narcotics is the same way. guys in the 7th said he was taking reports, transporting prisoners for them. hell i backed narcotics up a few weeks ago on a pursuit and he was the one in it with his people all the way. we hear him all the time in the 1st and 2nd making stops with his people. they all seem like they are having fun doing police work when i back them up.
