An 8th Division traffic car who was struck twice on stops in two months, and has been getting the shaft by the current command in the 8th (or so rumors say). He is a great guy.
Since the "real" work comments have been mentioned... I think it refers to a previous post (unrelated to this article) in which a young officer is complaining about the lack of OT available to him and he, or she, was chastised. Didn't seem like the writer of the response was trying to insult the traffic cars btw, just seemed she, or he, was defining what she / he liked to do on the job. But take it as you will, I could be wrong.
