Mr clay has a couple of things going for him. 1. he wins the majority of cases he files against the police department. 2. some of those named have past judgements against them. he can introduce prior bad acts. 3. PIU investigated the allegations and cleared all officers. the commander of PIU is dating one of the accused officers. all that said, the officers involved and named in the suit did nothing wrong. hopefully the good guys will win this one and t pay will end up with a lot of unpaid billable
