Mayor Greg Fischer's $502 million budget helps libraries, includes furloughs

People abusing it is bull crap but what do kids have to do with it? the kid remark is the only remark I did not like in his statement. There should be background checks and drug testing for welfare or you should at least have to have a reason to be on it, not just because you are lazy but that's the adults fault not the children's fault! You are no idiot for being sick of people abusing welfare, we all should be sick of it but to say loser kids how can a 6 year old be a loser because his parents are?
