You do understand who is working there, don't you? Mostly LPD/LMPD retirees. But they HAVE a department and detectives for a reason, why use LMPD resources on this mess? LMPD should just refer these cases back to the appropriate jurisdiction - no different that they would if, for example, a crime that occurred in St. Matthews was reported to LMPD.
