ATTORNEY: LMPD dragging its feet on student found hanging in bathroom

You do understand who is working there, don't you? Mostly LPD/LMPD retirees. But they HAVE a department and detectives for a reason, why use LMPD resources on this mess? LMPD should just refer these cases back to the appropriate jurisdiction - no different that they would if, for example, a crime that occurred in St. Matthews was reported to LMPD.

2 10 year olds hung a 8 year old by his shirt on a hook / I believe i saw this on an episode of happy days,saved by the bell,leave it to beaver,my 3 sons,scooby doo,family guy, it was not a mass murder , boys being boys, if they wanted to kill him they would have thrown him out of a window,stabbed him,drown him in a toilet.
