As a Law Enforcement Explorer I would have to say you are a real POS to try to get rid of his Explorer post. Why hurt the children trying to make something of their lives? And if Constable Whitlock is doing something wrong why hasn't he been in trouble in the last few years in office? And before you say anything a news story is not a big deal. He must be doing something good for the people in his district to keep re-electing him. I think everybody on here that is bad mouthing Constable Whitlock is just mad because he can do the same as any other Peace officer. As for the red/blue lights deal Metro has no control over him using them all they can do is give him a ticket for improper use, and that's if they feel like stretching it! He is doing his Constitutional duties as an elected Official. Why must you complain about somebody doing their job? And if he is so dangerous why does he take time out of his day to go to training? If you ask me he is just as qualified as any other elected peace officer if not more!
