Metro Council asks for clarity on removal of members

The idea that one can have lights does NOT go along with being a peace officer. Did you all realize that up until now, jailers and coroners can't have lights either? Both were just added to the emergency vehicle law. I think that the law is that the Fiscal Court (now Council) gives the authority for lights and the Mayor gives the authority for deputies, or vice versa, I always mix them up. But he has received authority for neither.
