Metro Council asks for clarity on removal of members

This poster is WRONG..... I read the state law on constables and The County Judge doesn't give him the athority..but that Counties Fiscal Court....We do not have Fiscal Court but we have the Metro Council. The Metro Council voted and said he is not allowed to wear a uniform, not red or blue lights and no special deputies.... They do have a say and they said No... I posted all this CORRECT info early on this site....
