I noticed some guy listed in courtnet as michael stephens as a complaining witness with him a lot in courtnet too. this guy must think he has been deputized or something. whitlock is dangerous because he has no training and when he does dumb things - he makes everyone elses job harder. As much as the media annoys me, they really should look into this one.
