I agree. So far, you've had one of the most level headed posts regarding this. I don't think anyone is trying to excuse his breaking the rules. I think he knows he is guilty and is willing to take his punishment (his car is already parked, I think). I haven't heard him defending his actions or even claiming he shouldn't get days for it. My only argument in his defense is that people here saying he should get worse punishment than anyone else is unfair. Now I won't justify his wrongdoing, but I did post earlier saying he shouldn't get anything worse than any other similar offenders. And I agree, all the in house stuff discussed here makes us all look bad. Based on what a guy in his unit told me, I think he'd love nothing more than to take his penalty and go on, but you've got people on this site making it personal and exaggerating the truth.
