Take home car vote passes!

The problem with the car program is that it is used as a crutch. Raises were avoided in the past because - ta da - there is a car program. In addition, health insurance is something that will effect us all. I would much rather see health car costs kept low than you have a car to drive. The general public looks at the department in a very negative manner for being able to drive the cars at will.
