Do you guys wear you vest while you are driving around in your marked car while you are off duty? Cause somethng could happen... That's the way some of you come across arguing this. You can "what if" things all day long. Ask around the old JCPD guys that ACTUALLY lived out of the county what kind of issues they ran across driving home. You sound like newbs, like wearing your vest for spring qual. LOL
