Yes the girl was intoxicated.........she should not have been driving. Other people are also responsible for her driving that night but I am so tired of seeing DRUNK typed a thousand times. The family lost their child. The Officer is going through a terrible time himself because he was in the accident......his family is dealing with someone who is probably facing some amount of guilt. No matter what the circumstances, guilt has to factor in the picture with all of them. The courts will decide what
