No stupid, what youre trying to do, is ignore blatant fact. She did something wrong, i never excused it. I pointed out the entirely logical conclusion that had she not been drunk, there is NO indication the accident would have not happened. A car coming at you at nearly twice d the cop NOT been speeding like an a$$hole with a badge, then it absolutely undeniably would NOT have happened. This girl lost her life because of the arrogance and lawlessness of the cops around here. I hope that this a$$hole
