That statute you have cited, was not intended for a "party" it was intended for religious purposes Only. You need to reread the satute for unlawful transaction, It would apply in this case. If that was the case the really really bad parents that gave thier young children alcohol, (becuse they thought it was funny) would be able to use that statue for thier defense. It Has Been Tried,,,AND IT DOES NOT WORK OUT FOR THEM.

You wannabes wanna play "Police", "Laywer", and "Supreme Court Justice" need to Learn how to apply these Laws that you like to quote.
