The civil suit will decide - personally, they were both at fault - if she hadn't been drinking she might (and I emphasize MIGHT) have realized he was going nearly twice the legal limit, halving her time to turn. Honestly, I'm not sure if I would have realized it, I'd have likely turned too. If he hadn't been speeding, he may have realized she was turning in time to stop or minimize the collision, or at least, the impact would have been less. They were both wrong, the question for the jury will be, who was more at fault?

Had he struck a mother and three kids coming home from a movie, would your feelings have been different?

remember the guy that killed the people test driving the Challenger? ARRESTED for MURDER because of his SPEED.
