Just in case any judge can read-(NONVIOLENT) is what HIP is intended for. With around 500 inmates on here in Jefferson county the courts seem to forget Eligibility. But as with most laws of the land they don't relate to Louisville.
532.260 Home incarceration for certain Class C or Class D felons -- Eligibility -- Consequence of violation -- Administrative regulations.
(1) Any Class C or Class D felon who is serving a sentence in a state-operated prison, contract facility, or county jail shall, at the discretion of the commissioner, be eligible to serve the remainder of his or her sentence outside the walls of the detention facility under terms of home incarceration using an approved monitoring device as defined in KRS 532.200, if the felon:
(a) 1. Has not been convicted of, pled guilty to, or entered an Alford plea to a violent felony as defined by the Department of Corrections classification system; or
2. Has not been convicted of, pled guilty to, or entered an Alford plea to a sex crime as defined in KRS 17.500

Maybe if they would've identified themselves as police officers it would'nt had happened perhaps used their sirens he said he didn't know they were police officers he didn't shoot at the officers that were in uniform and when they told him you shot a cop the first thing he said was "is he alright i didn't know he was a police". Maybe you idiots don't have to worry about being robbed but in the hood we do they should've identify themselves
