I don't give a crap what color the person is that I work for. However, I do want to work for the most QUALIFIED person in that position... the color of your skin does not make you qualified. That's the problem I see with the current list of promotions. The most QUALIFIED were NOT promoted because of their skin color... that's just wrong.
