I think we need to acknowledge the fact that these changes are occuring after Fischer met with Dave Mutchler.

The Chief's theme was, decentralize, downsize and disband. He was told it would hurt the department and the city, but wouldn't listen. 8 years is a long time to figure out something wasn't working.

Buck is a nice guy, I always liked him and still do. With that said, how in the He** is he qualified to be an Asst. Chief? I was surprised when he made LT, shocked at Major and am now speechless. Does anyone know what is going on?

It is amazing that this guy is a chief. He is now going to address things that he said weren't a problem and the mayor said didn't exist over the last eight years. And he continues the shell game, you know the one where you hide the pea under one of three shells and try to distract people as you move the shells and then have them guess the true location. That is all this moving of command is, watch this hand and not the one under the table that accomplishes nothing.

A commanding officer has the ability to lead people and accomplish true goals................those that don't administrate!
