I have worked with Jim throughout my Career and he has always been the person he is now. As an officer riding the beat with him in the old 5th district I trusted him with my life. He never once left me on a run and was always threr to back me up no matter what. When he was promoted to Sgt and Lt he gave me great advise and listened to problems and as a Major he was always approchable and he was still Jim to me.
