She was ruled to be competely at fault on that accident and the grand jury saw that it was just an accident. Get your facts straight. He is one of the good ones. From what I hear, the parents of that drunk lady were at the graduation part with her & let her drive drunk - they are as responsible as anyone else for that wreck. Don't boo hoo when you let someone drink and drive.
