You are a RETARD!!!! In one breath you point out that the court system is to blame for our court mess, which is very true. Then you blame the top for our woes. All of us hard working cops would not miss court for squat - bottom line. Last I checked we were all supposed to be adults in this profession so how about US taking some personal responsibility for our own job/actions.
