I have to agree, In the urban districts, yes there are, can, be several cars on a run. Get out where the beats are larger than an entire division, and you could very well be the only car there, and the second car may be 10 minutes away.

Then the guy decides he wants you the f*#@ out of his house, or the drunk thinks he can take you. Then you better be able to handle yourself, because it just Him, and Only You. Then 10 minutes is a long time for help.

So yeah, we need to be in shape.
