i beg to differ on the physical part, i think it has alot to do with are job. Notice you said usually on a arrest there is 4 or 5 cars, but happens when there isn't and you have to. I do agree with your FTO about the common sense, but what happens when you do have trouble. I am not trying to start a argument, but i just think physical training can do notice but help you on this job. Just my two cents
