Greg Fischer wins race for Louisville mayor after Hal Heiner concedes

JCSO could be so much more than it is right now. They could be such an asset to the community in many ways. Lets face it serving papers is not a valuable community service,it's just something that has to be done. 70% of EPO's are a waist of tax dollars. Many of them are bad addresses and false allegations against people who got in no more than a marital spat that all married people get in from time to time. These idiot judges are out of control on these EPO's. The guys and gals in the EPO unit spend most of their days and nights driving around chasing non existant addresses and serving arrest warrants on respondantsds that they find back with the petitioners. Many days they don't have anything to do at all because they either dont have any papers or the papers they have are bad. So it seems to me they could be out doing something worth while other than finding hiding spots or running errands, but you cant blame them becasue if they do they will get in trouble.
