Greg Fischer wins race for Louisville mayor after Hal Heiner concedes

This is for the guy in the last post. You said you like having a command staff that backs you, well I can show you tons of guys in the court house that really dont want to be there and did nothing to deserve being pulled off the streets other than their jobs. Let me tell you from experience they dont want anyone going outside the spectrum of their duties even if they are good busts. They dont want any policing at the S.O. Now that the new law is passed he is F**ked and cant hire retirees which means he is going to have to hire young guys again. now thatmay seem like a good thing, but to him it sucks cause new guys want to police and make good arrests. They dont want to sit on their asses wanding all the idiots who come through the hall of justice. So turnover is going to a big thing for him again. He wont be able to retain anyone with any common sense past their contract. I believe many of those will be so bored at work that they will break their contracts. Bottom line is the S.O. is a sh*ty place to work unless you are a retiree who is ROD or a lazy person who likes getting paid to do nothing.
