I think the point that the writer is trying to get across is that the SO wants them to not enforce the laws wich is BS. If someone is all over the road I want the SO to stop them and arrest them because if that person kills one of my family members I can promise you I will sue the s**t out of the SO. I don't care if they have a quota of stops they are allowed to make and this stop is over the quota you stop that drunk SOB and earn the respect of your fellow officers and the citizens of louisville metro. If command can't see past that screw them and come to work with us.
