As far as I know Hettich was a captain under Vaughn. He is part of Sheriff Greene's good ol' boy club. He and many others that are still there. What people don't realize is that Aubrey is just as vindictive as Hettich is. He was in the old Doston era and anyone from that era knows how cruel that administration was.
