Aubrey making Mike Hettich Chief Deputy has always confused me. Although I do not know him very well what limited contact I have had with him has been universally negative. He seems completely self-absorbed and overwhelmingly arrogant. Is he a descent leader? What qualifications did he have for Aubrey to make him Chief Deputy? Im not asking a rhetorical question, I really want to know.
