Wrong. Wrong and wrong again. It's obviously a parody directed at a public official, which is a protected form of free speech. There was no malicious statement. There's nothing explicitly saying he's actually there to grow or use the marijuana. You could just as easily argue he's just there to confiscate it. He's not even portrayed in an LMPD uniform so the SOP has nothing to do with it. You are, however, obviously trying to stifle free speech by making threats to have them fired. There are a number
