Even if the whole mess was legal, why do we need another office of ANYTHING? Brownfields/Greenfields can best be served by economic incentives and a concentrated focus by economic development, not a separate office that is nothing but a place to park some folks to keep them happy. Neither of these folks have apparently actually read the law, that's why you have a campaign manager from the state that actually knows what they are doing. Fischer might win, but the city will be in anarchy being ruled
