7th grader tased at Westport Middle School

my son is 15.....6'4 210, they don't make em like they used to. If the officer went hands on I could see the headlines reading officer breaks 11 year olds arm or bloody's nose of child. we can't win when it comes to taking care of juvey's but yet who gets called everytime?
