Louisville may have a few dangerous neighborhoods, but the crime is relatively mild compared to Chicago. Their bad neighborhoods cover more land and people than the old Louisville city limits. There are murderers in every city, but in a city like that they usually get together and make a business out of it. If they had Louisville's crime rate they'd lay off 2/3 of the Chicago police.
