You just described how the Louisville Demon-craps run a police department. Mayor Hal Heiner will replace the Chief, his command staff, the incompetent fear-mongering attorneys and make it safe for police to make the city safe again.

Ahab is 100% correct. I too have 'been there and done that". Keeping our community safe and protecting innocent lives is meaningless to these spineless, gutless & political correct parasites that are running this Department, this state and this country.
