FOP still in fight with city over take-home car fees

Problem is, I don't see the FOP coming back and REFUTING what he says about the cars - NOT ONCE. EVERY TIME he says something in the media about the cars, the FOP needs to come right back and explain the whole story - how the cars were given as a trade off, and how an officer who is required to stop while not on duty, because he/she is driving the car, also doesn't get paid for the time spent working on the problem. NO ONE has ever mentioned that in my hearing. Don't say the reporters won't use the information, do it anyway. A nice letter to the reporter, copied to their editor/producer, whoever is appropriate. Do a little video about it, post it to YouTube. Send it to the bloggers. GET THE INFORMATION OUT.
