Are you serious? First of all, the officer who was caught texting is an unproven assumption. Please tell me how the hell anyone knows this man was texting from a still photo. Is it possible he could have been scrolling through his contacts looking for a phone number or maybe even setting his alarm clock? People make me sick with these "gotcha!" moments.
