Will Louisville name a street in honor of an extortionist?

Yeah, I'll go along with that for the most part, no argument here.

But throwing a 2yr old, 14yr old collision involvment, and using solely because you need a stat negates the excuse of the possibly that it might be good policing down the road, and it is a slap in the face to the officers that are trying, and even the ones that stumble on something, (which there are alot of crimes solved that way too),.

So, I will stand with my position. You should not make excuses for the officers engaging in those practices. Its kinda like bad science (if you will).
