Will Louisville name a street in honor of an extortionist?

Are you indicating that some of "our" Majors would be cooking the books here at LMPD to look better to the front office and the public. That some Majors would be changing reporting guidelines (to the Feds) in order to lower the crime in their respected divisions. Please tell me it is not so as they are the best thing since sliced bread. We never had this much crime reduction (continually) until this chief initiated the crime-stat process.

OK, no to be serious. Ask almost any officer who is working for LMPD and they will tell you this system is a joke. That is is known some majors are "cooking" their books to look good in front of the chief and his staff. One day it will all catch up with them and then we will be under strict guidelines being monitored from the the Federal level.
