Will Louisville name a street in honor of an extortionist?

That is not all they need to think about either. Someone will have to change the deeds on all the properties. I had property that the address was changed & had to go down & get letters from the local gov. office showing this for my mortgage company. Are they going to pay the people on this street to miss work to get everything done as well? Changing addresses on existing property is a pain in the rear.
